Shipping FAQ

FREE Shipping!

For orders over $50 we offer FREE shipping to any location in the continental US. To take advantage of this, you must add $50 worth of products to the shopping cart.  Once you have done this, simply check out as usual, and a Free shipping option will be available to you as a shipping choice. The total that is used to calculate free shipping is the total you reach prior to adding any discounts.  So for example if you are buying $51.00 worth of candles, and you have a 20% off coupon which lowers your total to $40.80, you will still qualify for free shipping.

Shipping to the Continental US

For shipping to the continental US, we give you the option to choose either FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Flat Rate.  There is one exception to this.  On small orders of less then $10 (excluding sale items), we offer flat rate $3.00 shipping using USPS First-Class Mail. 

Handling Times & Tracking

Orders are generally shipped between 2-4 business days. We do our best to try to process orders as quickly as possible. Remember, all of our products are handmade and made to order, so while we might take a little longer, you can rest assured that you will be receiving a quality handmade product! Processing times may be longer during the Holiday season, especially during the month of December when we are as busy as Santa's elves! During these times we will list our most up to date processing time at the top of this page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking information, as well as an e-mail from the shipping company (USPS or FedEx) with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.  USPS generally takes anywhere from 1-5 business days in transit.  For FedEx transit times, see the map below.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes! We offer USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping to all APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses.  This option is enabled in the shopping cart, simply enter the APO/FPO/DPO address at checkout.

Canada, Mexico, US Protectorates, and International Orders

We do ship to the above locations using USPS International Flat Rate Shipping, and this option is enabled in the shopping cart.
