If you’re looking to return or exchange your order or items from your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Our goal is to make the return process as painless and hassle free as possible. No jumping through hoops or crossing your fingers. We will accept any retail candle order return for any reason, no questions asked. Please submit your return request through our return portal here, 
Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send back your order. You have the option of requesting a refund, exchanging an item, or returning an item for store credit. Once we see that your return package has been scanned in by the carrier, we will process your return.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the fulfillment date.

We offer the following return resolutions:
Refund to original payment method, Refund as store credit, Exchanges

Items not eligible for a return or exchange:
Sale or clearance items

Make sure your returns are unused and undamaged. You should include Return items, Return form in the return package.

Available shipping methods are:
USPS or UPS (original shipping method) with pre-paid return label provided by Candeo Candle.
