Shipping Policy:
1) We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm we’ve received it.
2) Orders are made on the same day they are recieved if they are placed on or before 1:00 PM pacific time, otherwise they are made the next day. Orders are then shipped the following business day.
Example: If you put in your order on Monday at 1:00PM pacific time, the candles will be made that Monday and shipped on Tuesday. If you were to put in your order at 1:30PM on Monday, the candles would be made on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so if your candles are made on Friday, they will not be shipped until the following Monday unless Monday is a holiday.
3) We keep very limited stock on hand and prefer instead to make orders as they are received.
This also guarantees that you receive a fresh product!
4) If for some reason we are out of stock on an item in your order, you will be notified within 24 hours. You will be given the option to either wait until the item comes back in stock, cancel that item in your order, or to substitute another item in it’s place.
(In this situation if you decide to wait, the shipping guarantee does not apply)
5) You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order has shipped.
6) Holidays we observe: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
On these days, we are closed and no candles are made.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide you with a full 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
